Monoclonal B-Cell Lymphocytosis (MBL) is part of the mature B-cell neoplasms despite actually being a pre-neoplastic condition [1], this entity, largely unstudied, affects more than 5-10% older adults age 40 and incidence increases with aging [2,3], MBL widely associated as one main risk factors for developing Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)/Small Cell Lymphoma (SLL), since studies Prospective cohort verified, in effect, that CLL always preceded by MBL, therefore, greater number clonal B cells, type cancer [4].
